The Secret To Working From Home and Getting More Stuff Done

Here are Three Crucial Tips.
TIP 1. Use your email list and social media to keep your customers informed.
Most importantly, now more than ever you need to keep your communication channels flowing. Almost every customer engaging with you right now is thinking about the coronavirus in some way. Don’t try to avoid the elephant in the room.
Tell your customers if Covid-19 is impacting your business – and explain how it will
affect your services in the coming weeks.
Keep up regular posts and let people know what your up to.

TIP 2. Pivot your business and target new audiences. If you are an offline business consider which of your products/ services could be delivered remotely. For example, a local language school is now conducting “virtual lessons” in place of a physical classroom. This could be applied to various other services – from cooking classes to personal training sessions. Get creative with platforms like zoom and skype!
What other changes can you make right now? Pivot! Can you create private or group classes online? Sell your products or services online in advance of a physical "reopening"? Prepare a take out menu and promote that?
TIP 3. Focus on providing value. Most businesses run promotions throughout the year to acquire new customers and grow revenue. As we’re in very unusual circumstances right now, it’s a good idea to rethink your promotion schedule. Some promotions may no longer be relevant – or even possible.
Come up with some new ideas that are more relevant during this time… We all have more time on our hands and can use that to create our own business strategy.
